Specific Care Steps

    Sunday Mornings

    1. Remove estradiol patch from right hip and apply a new one on a nearby site, also on right hip.

    Monday Mornings or Later

    1. Apply clobetasol ointment to affected areas as directed.

    Wednesdays at Bedtime

    1. Remove estradiol patch from right hip and apply a new one on a nearby site, also on right hip.

    Daily (mornings)

    1. Wash face with warm water only. Air dry.
    2. Brush teeth for 2 minutes.
    3. Optional: Water floss.

    Nightly (bedtime)

    1. Brush teeth for 2 minutes.
    2. Water floss.
    3. Wash face: Apply a few drops of jojoba oil to face and use fingers to massage in. Soak a clean face towel in hot water, wring it out, and wipe away the oil.
    4. Swallow a progesterone tablet. No water is necessary.
    5. Twist the top of the testosterone dispenser one time (one click = 0.25 gr) and apply (roll-on style) to inner upper arm.
    6. After face has dried completely, squeeze out a pea-sized amount of tretinoin onto the fingertip and dot all over the face. Use your fingers to blend into every space on the face, including crow’s feet and the under-eye area.

    1. Prometrium (eg) bioidentical USP progesterone capsules 100 mg.
    2. Prefers Dottie brand, semi-weekly transdermal patches, bioidentical estradiol 0.05 mg/day.
      Alternatives: Lyllana brand semi-weeklies, or 0.1 mg daily gel packets.
      Do not use: Mylan or Groves semi-weeklies      .
    3. Estrace (eg) bioidentical, plant-derived estradiol cream 0.01%.
      Measure 1 gr into applicator, apply Sunday morning & Wed night.
    4. Clobetasol ointment 0.05%.
    5. Tretinoin vit. A derivative cream 0.05%.

    (Community Compounding Pharmacy: preferred pharmacy)

    Broadway Apothecary

    1. Testosterone cream 3 mg/ml.
      This is combined with glycerin (verbally confirmed with Community Pharm only) and mixed with PCCA #30-3641 versabase cream (water, emulsifying wax NF, ethylhexyl stearate, cyclo­penta­siloxane, sorbitol, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, tocopheryl acetate, disodium EDTA, methyl­chloro­iso­thi­a­zo­linone, and methyl­iso­thi­a­zo­linone).

    Postal Prescription Services: Mailed prescriptions.

    America’s Best: Eye glasses. Prescription variations exist for reading (never ordered), distance/driving, and computer use.
