Specific Care Steps

Weekly (or as needed)

  1. Apply Clobetasol ointment to affected areas as directed.

Sunday Morning

  1. Remove Estradiol patch and apply a new one on the opposite side of the body.

Wednesday at Bedtime

  1. Remove Estradiol patch and apply a new one on the opposite side of the body.

Daily (mornings)

  1. Wash face with warm water and Ivory soap. Air dry.
  2. Brush teeth for 2 minutes.
  3. Optional: Water floss.

Nightly (bedtime)

  1. Brush teeth for 2 minutes.
  2. Water floss.
  3. Wash face with warm water and Ivory soap. Air dry.
  4. Swallow a Progesterone tablet. No water is necessary.
  5. Squeeze out a pea-sized amount of Tretinoin onto the fingertip and dot all over the face. Using the ring finger, blend the Tretinoin under the eyes. Using any or all fingers, blend the remaining Tretinoin all across the face. Apply an additional pea-sized amount to the under-chin and front neck areas.​
  6. Wait 20 minutes or longer (after applying Tretinoin) and apply eye cream or serum.

  1. Prometrium (eg) bioidentical USP progesterone capsules 100 mg.
    Take 1 nightly.
  2. Dottie brand transdermal, bioidentical estradiol 0.0375 mg/day.
    Apply Sunday morning & Wed at night.
  3. Estrace (eg) bioidentical, plant-derived estradiol cream 0.01%.
    Measure 1 gr into applicator, apply Sunday morning & Wed night.
  4. Clobetasol ointment 0.05%.
    Apply a thin film to affected area 1x/week.
  5. Tretinoin vit.A derivative cream 0.025%.
    Apply a pea-sized amount to the face, more for neck and under chin, nightly.

Community Compounding Pharmacy

  1. Testosterone cream 0.6mg/ml.
    This is combined with glycerin (verbally confirmed) and mixed with PCCA #30-3641 versabase cream (water, emulsifying wax NF, ethylhexyl stearate, cyclo­penta­siloxane, sorbitol, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, tocopheryl acetate, disodium EDTA, methyl­chloro­iso­thi­a­zo­linone, and methyl­iso­thi­a­zo­linone).
    Apply 2 twists of the funky bottle to upper arm nightly.

Postal Prescription Services: Mailed prescriptions–none at this time.
